What's Included.
3 days per month focused on strategic marketing leadership across four key areas, providing strategic direction, including marketing strategy and roadmaps aligned to your business goals, positioning and messaging framework, channel selection and budget allocation.
If you have junior marketing staff, I'll provide team mentorship through guidance and skills development, campaign review and feedback, and performance coaching. I'll handle campaign planning, from strategy and creative direction through to channel planning, budget allocation, and launch phasing whilst maintaining performance oversight through KPI setting and tracking, monthly performance reviews, data analysis, and optimisation recommendations.
